Mental Health & Psychiatric Services
Mental Health: Our group collectively provides care across the lifespan from birth to death and offers individual, couples, family and group counseling, psychological and neuropsychological assessment, and neurofeedback.
Psychiatric: Our nurse practitioner provides medication management services across the lifespan, treating children, adolescents, adults and geriatrics.
*Though you do not have to be a current therapy client at this practice in order to schedule with our nurse practitioner, you must be participating in therapy somewhere and sign a release of information for record release from your psychotherapist in order to receive psychiatric medication management services at this practice.
Pediatric & Family Medical Nursing Services
Pediatric: Our nurse practitioner is accepting children for well-child visits that don't require vaccinations at this time. We respect your decision, and we happily accept families that do not want to vaccinate their children for medical and psychiatric care.
At this time, we are not able to administer state/nationally-required vaccinations at well-child visits as our office is not equipped to handle that service currently, but this is subject to change depending on demand.
Pediatric & Adult: Our nurse practitioner is accepting new pediatric and adult clients for minor, non-life-threatening conditions and injuries such as coughs and colds, sore throats, pink eye, rashes, infections (ear, throat, urinary tract, etc.), seasonal allergies, etc.
*You do not have to be a client of this practice in order to receive general medical care.
*Some specimen collection is performed on site (flu, covid, strep, urine pregnancy, etc.); however, blood draws are not performed on site, and if required will be prescribed to be collected at a Quest facility.
