Psychotherapy Rates
PSYD/PHD Rates (Dr. Friend; Dr. Phillips; Dr. Fox; Dr. Hoffman):
$250 per initial intake session lasting one hour
$195 per standard individual therapy session
$145 per 40 minute individual therapy session
$115 per 20 minute individual therapy session
$195 for family/couples therapy session
$75 for group therapy session
Psychological and neuropsychological testing fees (Dr. Friend; Dr. Fox; Dr. Battaglia) will be determined as the needs of the client are determined. All fees will be discussed prior to completing the assessment.
LCSW Rates (Patty; Joe; Shayla; Alora; Ryan; Ali)
$190 per initial intake session lasting one hour
$150 per standard individual therapy session
$115 per 40 minute individual therapy session
$95 per 20 minute individual therapy session
$150 for family/marital therapy session
$65 for group therapy session
LPC and LMFT Rates (Lindsay; Tasha; Elizabeth; Jeff; Samantha; Alyssa; Julie):
$185 per initial intake session lasting one hour
$145 per standard individual therapy session
$110 per 40 minute individual therapy session
$90 per 20 minute individual therapy session
$145 for family/marital therapy session
$65 for group therapy session
Medication Management Rates
PMHNP Rates (Amy):
$300 per initial intake session (approximately 60 minutes)
$200 per standard medication management session (high severity)
$140 per standard medication management session (moderate severity)
$100 per standard medication management session (low severity)
$70 for interactive complexity (such as when a parent/family member/adult needs to be present in order for information to be transferred between the clinician and the client)
FNP RATES (Amy):
$300 per initial intake session (>60 minutes OR a high level of medical decision making)
$225 per initial intake session (45-59 minutes OR moderate complexity of medical decision making)
$150 per initial intake session (30-44 minutes OR low level of medical decision making)
$100 per initial intake session (15-29 minutes OR low level of medical decision making)
$175 New Patient Periodic Preventative Maintenance Evaluation
$150 Established Patient Periodic Preventative Maintenance Re-evaluation
$70 for interactive complexity (such as when a parent/family member/adult needs to be present in order for information to be transferred between the clinician and the client)
$50 Sports Physical/Driver Physical
$20 Urine Analysis without Culture
$20 Urine Pregnancy Test
$30 Rapid Strep Test
$40 Rapid Covid 19 Test

Insurance
The office participates in network with Aetna, Highmark and other Blue Cross/Blue Shield out of state plans, UPMC ,Optum, United Healthcare, UMR, Medicare, TriCare, GEHA, WPEE, Meritain. If you have out of network coverage with another insurance provider, we can also provide services to you. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Payment
Cash, credit card, HSA, and checks (in special circumstances) are currently accepted for payment.
No Show/Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a fee equal to the full session rate. This fee is not covered by insurance and is your responsibility.
Please understand that we do enforce the No Show/Cancellation policy as your therapist has reserved a specific time for your sessions together and we are often unable to fill appointments that are not cancelled in a timely manner. To be respectful of your therapist's time and commitment to you, please be sure to pay any No Show/Cancellation fees in a timely manner.
