Rates
PSYD Rates (Dr. Friend):

$225 per initial intake session lasting one hour

$145 per standard individual therapy session
$130 per shortened 40-minute individual therapy session
$75 per 20-minute individual therapy session

$150 for family/marital therapy session
$50 for group therapy session

Psychological and neuropsychological testing fees will be determined as the needs of the client are determined.  All fees will be discussed prior to completing the assessment.

LPC, LMFT and LCSW Rates (Lindsay; Kate; Patty; Eleni; Ellen; Tasha; Elizabeth):

$160 per initial intake session lasting one hour

$100 per standard individual therapy session
$90 per shortened 40-minute individual therapy session
$50 per 20-minute individual therapy session

$105 for family/marital therapy session
$35 for group therapy session
 

Insurance
The office participates in network with Aetna, Highmark/Blue Cross Blue Shield, UPMC and Medicare.  If you have out of network coverage with another insurance provider, we can also provide services to you.  Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Payment
Cash, credit card, HSA, and checks (in special circumstances) are currently accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $50 fee.  This fee is not covered by insurance and is your responsibility.
