Social Skills Groups
New Social Skills Groups begin every month. Facilitated by Eleni O’Brien, MA, LPC, NCC, the groups consist of the following age groups:
3-5; 6-9; 10-13; 14-18
Targeted skills include:
Forming positive relationships and friendships
Conversation skills and social cues
Positive conflict resolution skills
Self-advocating and assertiveness
Perspective-taking, empathy, flexible thinking
Emotional awareness, coping skills, stress management
The curriculum is 8-weeks long, with each group meeting once per week, with groups taking place during convenient times on Friday afternoons and evenings, and Saturday afternoons at both locations. An additional session is held at the end to include parents in the curriculum. Please contact us for more information and to register!

Groups are kept to anywhere from 3-6 participants, and wait lists will be utilized for inclusion in the following month's start date.
Some insurance accepted. If we are not in network with your insurance, the cost per session is $35, and a commitment to pay for the entire course is required, even if you are unable to come to every session. This ensures that we keep the groups small enough to give individual feedback, but large enough to mimic real-world situations.
